Thai Cuisine Restaurant – Very Nice! Good Books!

Looking for a restaurant to own that has a great reputation in a great area of Ahwatukee and excellent books and records than this is it. This husband and wife duo started this restaurant in 2016 and have grown every year. He runs the front of the house and she runs the kitchen. We have factored in the financials being presented to replace her with 2 people in the kitchen. The sellers will stay on until these replacements are fully trained. This restaurant will qualify for an SBA loan with approx. $25k down. The dining area is set up much like a fast casual restaurant with a clean look. The kitchen is very well designed. Since Covid there has been a huge shift in business with takeout now accounting for 65%. The design of the restaurant has two separate front doors so it would be possible to add a second business such as Quick Asian take out, or boba tea etc.
