Most notably serving as President of Kahala Franchise Corp, a $1.1 billion company with a diversified portfolio of high-quality, quick-service restaurant concepts including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie Subs, and Great Steak and Potato. Chris also held the position of Chief Operating Officer with Focus Brands parent company to Cinnabon, Carvel Ice Cream, and Seattle’s Best Coffee.

Kevin McNeill has been a licensed Arizona Business Broker since 2014 and is a member of the Arizona Business Broker's Association (AZBBA).
Prior to becoming a broker Kevin owned and operated restaurants and small businesses for 25 years.
Kevin McNeill is a graduate of the University of Denver's Hotel & Restaurant Management School.

Ethel Luzario has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997 and started her career with Tradin Places Realty. She joined the Century 21 franchise where she was one of the Top 100 Agents in four Western States. She also was once affiliated with Re/Max Preferred and Realty One Group prior to moving to West USA Realty.
Her professional background, having worked at various international organizations in the Philippines prior to her spending 15 years at the United Nations Development Programme in New York City, has empowered her to deal with diverse clientele.
In addition to being a Realtor, she has held ownership of a 9-bed assisted living facility since 2012 and has a wide exposure in the assisted living industry since 2000.
